I need to return my product, what do I need to do?
To initiate a return for a defective product purchased through our website, go the main menu of the site, Click SUPPORT and click CONTACT US/ CREATE A TICKET and submit a ticket to SUPPORT who will instruct you how to return the product and will issue an RMA number for you.
Products that are returned without RMA's and assigned trouble tickets will be refused and returned back to the shipper.
If you purchased the item from a retail outlet, you must return your item to the place of purchase. We will not accept returns not purchased through this website.
